Spring Part II

Flash back yet again to....March. I'm slowly but surely catching up! Again while Nat and her family was here we went to one of Carter's baseball games so I snapped a few photos while we were there!

 Meanwhile...here is what was happening while the game was going on.

We had a lot of fun with them and I can't wait until their next visit!

I also found a few shots I took of Lydia on a typical lazy afternoon at home with mom :)

I could just eat her up!

My next post will finally be about summer happenings! Here is a little peak at what went on if that post doesn't happen for awhile :/

We had some beach time at Lake Tahoe

T-Ball

I haven't been as diligent with my blogging as I have been the last few months! Summer has already started getting busy and I feel like I've got a million other things to do :)

Almost 2 weeks ago I got to go watch one of Carter's T-Ball games! It was pretty entertaining to watch a bunch of 3 year olds and their dads scrambling around the field. I took my camera along ( of course ) and got some good shots of the game!

He is a good hitter! Most of the little boys on the team didn't need the T to hit the ball

He had to do a little baseball "yoga" to keep his energy up!

When Carter played 3rd base Lydia kept wanting to go talk to him :)

Lydia also made a friend while we were there :)

They liked to give flowers to each other and in this case make her smell it!

We had a lot of fun :) It was also Devin's birthday that day!

We are LOVING the summer warm up! I can't wait for the swim park to open at the end of the month. I guarantee we will be there AT LEAST once a week :)

I've been pretty busy with my photography too! I've set up a few ads here and there to get more traffic to my site and I have 2 weddings booked this summer so far (plus a few other portrait sessions) I already know this summer is going to be BUSY BUSY but I'm loving it! We are also really loving the fact that Adam has been home a little more with us. We miss him when he's not here!

Last Days of Summer

Summer is almost over.

September is here and I'm not ready for the warm weather to go away!

I do enjoy fall (especially in Utah) and all the things that come with it. There's just something about the cool crisp air, fall leaves, pumpkins, and light jackets that are somewhat comforting. 

I've been trying to let Lydia play outside as much as she can while it's still warm because I'm not quite sure what I'm going to do with her when it gets cold and snowy...(any ideas?!)

There have been these pretty mini 'sunflowers' weeds  that have been popping up EVERYWHERE. Sometimes in large amounts that cover a whole field and I just think they're so pretty! There is one right around the corner from where we live so I had to snap some pictures. There were lots of bees so I had to be careful...

Adam took the top picture (There was no way I was getting THAT close to a bee.)

Busy June

June is FA-LY-ING by.
Seriously.
 I'm not ready for cold weather to ever come back. Lydia loves being outside and goes stir crazy when she's inside all day. I'm not quite sure what we'll do this winter!
Lots of things have been happening so I'm a little behind.

First thing is my sister, Natalie, came to visit from Reno with her two little girls. We don't get to see her too often so I was at my grandparents house for 3 or 4 days straight. As I went back to look at my pictures I realize we never got one just the siblings together. Why don't we ever take pictures?
OH yea...we have children to chase around now. Lydia was especially hard to get a picture of.

I guess I'll put one of us too.

One Wednesday Adam had off we decided to go up to Willard Bay. We'd never been there before so We decided to check it out. I forgot my camera so here is a picture from Adam's phone.

We've also been doing a little toe-painting.

I'm gonna have to stop here for now. Lydia is awake from her nap and it's a little hard when she's sitting on my lap!
Adam's family came to visit from Emmett so that'll be my next post!
