I didn't do real well at documenting the holidays. I was just having too much fun to pull out my camera :)
First was Thanksgiving! We had Thanksgiving at my parents house because my whole family got to be there this time. Our family is growing and it gets a bit chaotic when all the little grandkids are around!!
Our Thanksgiving consisted of chatting and lots and lots of food. What would Thanksgiving be without that? We even had a record turn out this year for Thansksgiving dinner. I think it was about 30 people! I didn't get photos of any of that..sorry :). Here are some photos I DID get.

Fake pear...you know what she is thinking right? |
Here is a little behind-the-scenes of Perry's Plate. It was Ivy's birthday over the holiday so Nat made an AWESOME smores cake. Seriously SOOO good.
We had a ton of things going on in December! Once Adam was done with school for the semester we were literally gone for about 3 weeks.
FIrst was my birthday weekend! Adam got me a new point-and-shoot camera that I could easily take with me places. My old one just wasn't cutting it for me! So all the pictures before Christmas day are from that camera. It drives me bonkers that I didn't edit any of them, but no one really cares but me. :)
Just a few test shots after I got it :)
Next was my birthday weekend! My parents came down so we spen the day shopping at City Creek, eating at Olive Garden, and making a quick walk around the temple. Perfect birthday!
Not the best picture of the 3 of us!
Next up is our trip to Vegas! Adam and I have never been on a real vacation together so in September we decided it was time and we booked it! I'm so glad my mom and dad would take Lydia for us!
We about collapsed everyday we got back to the hotel at...11 haha. We felt kind of old! We were going in as everyone else was heading out! We walked A LOT. Adam had never been there before and I had only been once in high school so we felt like there were so many things we wanted to see the 3 day we were there.
While we were walking around our first day we got roped into going to a hotel the next day for a time share presentation. It was REALLY enticing, but alas, Adam was the strong one and we didn't get it :). The only reason we went in the first place was because they gave us Cirque De Sole tickets for $10 each! They are usually about $75 for the tickets we had. We got to see the original show Mystique. AWESOME show. I really want to go back one day when we have more money to spend and see another show! We also went on the New York New York roller coaster AND splurged on a $120 meal our last night :) Here are some pictures from our trip!

Eva Longoria.. Love her! |
We had a blast and I'm so glad we decided to go!
We flew home on Christmas Eve and drove straight to my mom and dad's house. We missed Lydie so much! This was by far the longest I have ever been away from her.
The next day was obviously Christmas! I only got pictures Christmas morning of Lydie because no one else wants pictures when they get out of bed and I never got my camera out again :) We spent the day with my parents, my grandma Phillips, and Devin!
I am so glad we live close enough to easily come home for the holidays still. We should only have one more Christmas before we go away to medical school somewhere (hopefully not too far!).

All the presents were under the tree in the piano room so she helped bring them all in :) |

Nat's family sent Lydie some play makeup. She knew exactly what to do with it! |
