Springtime at Temple Square

One of my most favorite things to do since we have lived in Utah is to visit Temple Square during springtime! I like it even better than the lights at Christmas time. On Sunday we took a little family outing to see all the beautiful flowers in bloom!

Daddy decided to splash her with a little water and she thought it was pretty funny :)

She also had an encounter with a lady bug.

She accidentally squished half of it and told us it was "broke" 

It has been SOO warm the past few days! I'm so glad we have a little place to play outside where we live. I've finally ALMOST finished Mocking Jay! Next book is The Help. I haven't watched the movie yet because I want to read the book first so I better get on that :)

Three

Adam and I have been married 3 years today.

Our anniversary landed on a Monday this year so Adam took half of Saturday off work because he is SO BUSY with school during the week. We decided to stay in SLC for the night.  My mom came down to watch Lydia. It was much needed and we didn't need to worry about Lydia when she was with my mom! Thanks!

First, while Adam was at work these came. (I kinda had a hunch because he told me to make sure I wasn't in the shower at 10:30 in the morning....)

BEAUTIFUL! He knows my favorite flowers are lilies and roses :)

Lydia obviously had to inspect them for me...

We missed her while we were gone!

After lunch we headed to Salt Lake! Our original plan was to do a temple session at the SLC temple, but that didn't exactly happen. We just did a little site-seeing because there were some church sites we hadn't ever been to before.

I made Adam humor me with pictures for a little while :)

He LOVES having his pictures taken.

And yes I took this one myself. Timers are lovely :)

LOVE him. 

Our anniversary could have easily sneaked by without us knowing because of how busy he has been. I'm so thankful we took this mini vacation together...It was needed! Adam has been MAJORLY stressing out about everything so this at least took his mind off it for a little while.  I hope we can do something like this every year!

Other news, last night Lydia got pretty sick :( She has a terrible chest cold. She has a horrible cough and she sounds really hoarse. I hope she gets better quick because we're moving this weekend.

YUP MOVING.

I know, I know...we move WAY too much. We are just extremely grateful for our family and friends that help us out! It's a fun little townhouse in North Ogden. Pictures to come when we have gotten settled!

Temple Square

I've been a little camera obsessed happy the past week or two. I had one Senior photo shoot last week and another this week (I'll share later) and then I didn't get my camera until last fall so I never got to do much with it outside until now. I've been having so much fun with it! Since I've got so many pictures I'll separate them into different posts.

First Temple Square. I love going to Temple Square. We only live 30 minutes away, but don't get down there too terribly often. Right now the flowers are all in bloom so I had to go see! 

But first here's some pictures of Lydia cause I know that's what everyone really wants to see :)

Uncle Devin gave her an orange...she got a good bite of the peel.

Now on to Temple Square.

I loved the "mini" daffodils 

Lydia is not in this picture because it was windy and getting cold so she was bundled up in her stroller with the favorite blankie.
